TBT with Mel | November 2017

Hi everyone!!
Welcome to the first edition of TBT with Mel.

What is TBT with Mel, you might ask? Well it’s a monthly project, similar to the Jon’s Creator Showcase. I got the idea of it while hosting April showcase. Basically this monthly project will showcase post submitted during the month, those post need to be written during the month chosen by me. Since I want to keep some kind of organization, I simply decide to go backward starting from November.

Since it’s the first edition, I’m actually surprise that I got one submission and it was sent by our dear Jon

A Hat in Time – The Best Game I’ve Played in the Past Decade by Jon (Jon Spencer Reviews)
In this post, Jon give us a really good review of the video game called “A Hat in Time”, game that can be purchased on Steam. I’m not an avid gamer, however from the review I think it’s the type of game I would enjoyed.

I could have only go with this sole submission, but the point of this monthly project, is to share and promote, older post. And since not everyone was aware I was doing this project, I took upon myself to dig other’s blog and hunt post written in November 2017, the archives became by best friend.

While digging the archives for awesome post I found some wonderful post that surely need to be share and here what I found

Shoka have a really interesting take on how fanboy and fangirl can be biased toward their favorite series, alwayd making sure their favorite always stay at the top. Reading the post reminded me a lot of how award voting in kpop works.

Tuesday’s Top 5: Non-Weapon Items Used as Weapons by Karandi (100WordAnime)
Digging 100WordAnime archives was surely interesting, so interesting that I didn’t know which post to pick since there was a lot of good post, so I resort asking the blog host.

  1. This is an interesting project and it is great to be reminded of some of the great content that has come and gone and to find some posts from bloggers from before I was aware of them.
